The 2023 target strategy co creation meeting was successfully held


On November 12, 2022, Ningbo Ocean Shipping Supply Co., Ltd. kicked off its 2023 target strategy co creation meeting at the InterContinental Hotel in Ningbo! General Manager Miao Di, Executive Vice General Manager Chen Yong, Deputy General Manager Zhao Wei, General Assistant Wo Guoxing, Head of Wanhua Changqing Li Zheng, and department heads gathered together to discuss the annual work summary report of the General Manager, decompose the General Manager's policies, and refine the implementation of second and third level strategies.

 The meeting was chaired by consultant Mr. Lv Yihong, who introduced the two-day agenda arrangement to everyone.

General Manager Miao Di first talked about the company's business philosophy as ethics, adaptability, performance, and confidence. And set the company's annual goals for 2023.

General Manager Miao Di also summarized the business goals achieved before September 2022 and expressed confidence in achieving the 10 million level business goal next year! Through the OKR system learning in 2022, the company has achieved ahead of schedule in financial indicators. Each department has broken down the company's goals and reported indicators on a monthly basis, which has to some extent standardized the regulatory process. General Manager Miao Di also mentioned that the goal and salary have been linked, which has solved some internal friction problems. This is a progress point for 2022!

There are also some shortcomings in our work in 2022. The general manager mentioned that this is the direction we will strive for in 2023, and after the work summary report, we have outlined the company's strategic policies for 2023.

So the main purpose of this goal meeting is to involve all departments in the discussion and formulation of goals, put forward relevant suggestions and demands, in order to better, faster, and more accurately decompose goals and implement them on the ground!

The second part of the meeting is for department heads to report their work summaries and gains and losses review reports for the year 2022, summarizing their achievements from various dimensions such as financial, customer, operational process, and innovative learning.

Consultant Lv Yihong also introduced enterprise management tools to everyone: SWOT analysis method and balanced scorecard. The heads of each department will discuss and publish their results one by one by studying SWOT matrix analysis. After the publication, Teacher Lv provided guidance and optimization for the results.

General Manager Miao Di, Executive Vice General Manager Chen Yong, Deputy General Manager Zhao Wei, and other department heads also raised questions and made evaluations on this, which to some extent deepened the understanding and interaction of each department on the business, facilitating the subsequent work.

Through brainstorming on the first day of the meeting, on November 13th, department heads sorted out and summarized a large number of constructive suggestions and ideas, laying a good foundation for each department to carry out strategic policy planning decomposition the next day.

Teacher Lv also brought everyone an efficient analysis table for departmental policy decomposition. Through this method, each department can have clearer departmental goals and strategies, and have a clearer breakdown of project refinement.

Combining with Professor Lv's enterprise management tools, department heads discussed and formulated high-quality departmental decomposition strategies around the goal achievement path and measurement standards, laying a good foundation for the orderly and efficient development of work in 2023!

The two-day meeting came to an end with close discussions. General Manager Miao Di gave a positive evaluation of the work achievements of each department head and made overall arrangements and deployments for the next year's work based on the achievement of the 2023 goals and the existing problems in the work. Advocate everyone to be confident and unify their thinking while learning. Each department has gained a deeper understanding of the work of other departments, contributing to the achievement of the company's 2023 business goals and the continuous progress of the company in the future!
