Supplier Management Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
1. Analyze business order requirements and development budgets, source and inquire about suppliers, optimize supplier resource libraries
2. Supplier capital verification; Timely train and negotiate with suppliers based on the execution status of orders, effectively implement and improve the production, channel delivery, quality, and service standards of suppliers for our company's orders
3. Optimize the supplier rating system; Implement our company's supplier management policy
4. Establish a standardized system for supplier management attribute fields, performance data, accounts receivable, contracts, and process control within and outside the system
5. Handle procurement and supplier management exceptions during order execution
6. Other tasks assigned by the leader
Job requirements:
Work experience requirement: Over 3 years
Industry requirements: Retail/E-commerce/Brand Sales/Port Trade
Job skill requirements: Basic skills in procurement and supplier management; Proficient in office operating software (WPS/Office); Understand ERP
