Quotation Specialist (Ship Supply, Materials)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Organize assistant positions according to sales requirements to complete the import of inquiry forms into the system and the return of quotations
2. Complete the standard quotation quantity (including code selection, cost implementation) within the specified timeframe
3. Assist the sales position in placing sales orders;
Qualifications for the position:
1. College degree or above in international trade, English, marketing or related majors, with English proficiency level 4 or above;
2. Proficient in using office software and ERP operating systems, strong English communication skills, fast text input speed, strong customer communication and language expression abilities, steady, meticulous, and coordinated;
3. Excellent execution ability, learning ability, and independent work ability;
4. More than 1 year of work experience, with priority given to those with experience in ship material supply or foreign trade;
