Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for quoting, tracking, and securing orders for ship spare parts, materials, meals, duty-free items, equipment, etc;
2. Responsible for handling and responding to material inquiries and emails, and communicating with customers;
3. Responsible for verifying order accounts, creating quotations, handling customer feedback, and other related matters;
4. Rigorous in work, good at communication, possessing positive team spirit and customer service awareness, willing to work under pressure, and willing to accept challenging work;
Qualifications for the position:
1. College degree or above in international trade, English, marketing or related majors, with English proficiency level 4 or above;
2. Proficient in using office software and ERP operating systems, strong English communication skills, fast text input speed, strong customer communication and language expression abilities, steady, meticulous, and coordinated;
3. Excellent execution ability, learning ability, and independent work ability;
4. More than 1 year of work experience, with priority given to those with experience in ship material supply or foreign trade;
